Individual climbing tours. Whether alpine classics, modern sport climbing tours or just a few pitches in the climbing garden, the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region offers inexhaustible possibilities for all requirements. There are over 400 tours in the Dachstein South climbing arena alone.
I have been a mountain and ski guide on the Dachstein since 1991 and have been able to accompany many of our house guests on their climbing tours. This resulted in numerous mountain friendships, which are repeatedly refreshed on various tours.
The heart of the Dachstein south face for every climber is the Steinerweg, which was first climbed in 1909 by the “Steinerbuam” Irg and Franz Steiner. The Steinerweg is still one of the major alpine challenges today. Countless times I was allowed to climb the impressive Dachstein south face on various climbing routes.
I am happy to travel with my guests in other mountain groups. The Gesäuse, the Hochschwab and the Wilde Kaiser are among my favorite destinations. For “early birds” trips to these areas are also feasible from Ramsau.
